 CTi Smart Systems has designed a cellular-based programable control, monitor and protection panel. It controls a single-phase pump operation based on water level, monitors pump health conditions cellularly, protects the pump by locking operation certain conditions, and it keeps the user instantly updated with the system conditions through their cellular devices.

Our reliable high-performance Compact and Programmable cloud-based Pump monitor and control panel has been designed based on LTE Category-M1 and NB-IOT technologies which allow an efficient communication between the control panel and our control center. LTE Category-M1 is known as a low power wide area air interface, which is the most recent cellular technology.

Our panel controls pump operation based on three water level sensors connected to the panel. The first and the second sensors detect when a pump must be turned on or off. The third sensor detects a pump failure. The panel also monitors the pumping prosses. It alerts the user when voltage or current are too high or too law. During the control and monitor process the panel sends data through cellular antenna to the nearest cellular tower, which transmits the data to our control center through VPN, then our control center sends these data over cloud technology to reach the users wherever or whenever they are.

Two versions of the Smart Control Panel were produced by CTi Smart Systems, PMP-Pro-1 which comes with an LCD and PMP-Pro-2 which comes without the LCD but with the same features, which makes it more cost efficient.

PMP-Pro-1

The smart pump control panel PMP-Pro-1 is suitable for applications that need both monitoring on site through LCD and far monitoring through cellular devices.

PMP-Pro-2

The smart pump control panel PMP-Pro-2  has the same features as PMP-Pro-1 but without an LCD. The user can easily use their smart phone to scan the QR code attached with the panel to open the system’s view to monitor the system on site using their smart device. Having QR code instead of an LCD makes PMP-Pro-2 much more cost efficient than PMP-Pro-1.

The problem 

  • The running input voltage is higher than the permissible voltage.

  • The running input voltage is lower than the permissible voltage.

  • The running pump current is higher than the permissible current
